Automate the busywork in your business.

I help small teams get real value from tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and when it makes sense, turn that into reliable, AI-powered workflows.

Most AI tools stop at suggestions.

I help turn them into systems and habits that actually work, so less effort falls on you or your team.

I have spent the last few years building and testing AI systems with real teams and real data, not demos or templates. This work is grounded in what actually holds up in day to day operations, not what looks good in theory.

How We Typically Start

We usually begin with a short intro call to understand how your work actually flows and where things feel unnecessarily manual or error-prone.

From there, the next step depends on what will help most right now. That might be:

  • a practical working session to improve how you use AI tools day to day
  • automating a specific process that is already clear
  • or simply clarity on what not to do yet

If I do not think I can help, I will say so.

Intro call: 20 to 30 minutes. No charge.

What I Help With

I generally help teams in three connected ways. The right mix depends on where you are starting.

Practical AI Enablement

Hands-on working sessions designed to help you or your team actually use AI tools well, without hype or theory.

These sessions focus on:

  • using tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini more effectively
  • asking better questions and structuring requests clearly
  • understanding what to trust, what to verify, and what to ignore
  • identifying tasks and processes that are good candidates for improvement

For some teams, this is all they need. For others, it becomes the foundation for automation.

Session options

Individual working session 90 minutes, focused on your own work $450
Team enablement session 2 to 3 hours, hands on, up to 8 people Starting at $950

For teams that continue into a workflow project, I typically apply a small credit from the initial session.

Workflow Automation

When there is a clear use case, I design and run simple, reliable workflows that remove repetitive work and reduce things falling through the cracks.

A workflow may include:

  • an AI step that drafts, summarizes, classifies, or extracts information
  • verification or review steps where accuracy matters
  • rules and approvals so nothing runs blindly
  • integrations with the tools you already use

Common examples

  • new lead intake through qualification, draft reply, and CRM update
  • meeting notes turned into summaries, tasks, and follow-up emails
  • inbox triage with drafted responses and review
  • forms converted into structured data in spreadsheets or systems

Each workflow is:

  • tailored to how you already work
  • clearly scoped and tested
  • hosted and supported so it keeps running

I focus on one workflow at a time so scope, cost, and risk stay predictable.

AI Agents and Custom Assistants

I also design AI agents that are tailored to your documents, language, and context.

These agents act as focused helpers for specific tasks, such as:

  • drafting and rewriting content
  • answering internal questions
  • preparing first drafts
  • supporting day to day thinking and decisions

Depending on what you already use, these agents may be implemented as:

  • ChatGPT custom GPTs
  • Microsoft Copilot agents
  • Google Gemini Gems
  • NotebookLM-based assistants

They are often a lightweight way to start, or a useful complement to a larger workflow. In practice, these agents frequently become the first building block for more reliable automation.

How I Work

My approach is intentionally simple.

1

Identify one process that is slowing things down

2

Decide whether AI is actually the right tool

3

Improve or automate only what makes sense

4

Keep it working as your business changes

We start small and expand only when the value is clear.

Why This Approach Works

Many AI initiatives struggle because they:

  • rely on people remembering to use new tools
  • skip verification and guardrails
  • do not fit existing workflows

My focus is different:

  • reliability over cleverness
  • steady improvements that actually stick
  • clear ownership when something breaks

About Me

Hi, I am Sean Harris.

I previously built Kyva, an AI platform focused on deploying AI safely inside real organizations. That experience showed me where AI tends to break down in practice. Not the models themselves, but adoption, trust, and messy real-world processes.

I saw the same pattern repeatedly. Teams invested in powerful AI tools, but usage was inconsistent, trust was low, and day to day work did not change much.

This practice grew out of that experience.

Today, I work directly with small businesses to apply AI carefully, integrate it into real workflows, and make sure it actually saves time instead of creating risk. I focus on small, practical improvements that compound over time.

Who This Is For

This is a good fit if you are:

  • a small business or lean team
  • spending too much time on admin or coordination
  • already paying for AI tools you are not fully using
  • looking for practical help, not abstract strategy

If you want AI strategy decks, this probably is not for you.

If you want work to feel lighter and more reliable, it is.

Let's start with a conversation and see what actually helps.

Book a short call and we will decide together whether training, automation, or something else makes the most sense.
